Harry Potter : Mystery 1

It is a little ironic that I write with the pen-name 'Luna Lovegood' but I rarely post anything about the wizarding
world. Maybe I look at the muggle world with Luna's perspective. And anyhow, no matter what world Luna is a part of, she will be in her own world only.

Anyways, so here is a really important thing that I read about HP series. It was a major blooper/ loophole in the story. And it was big enough to destroy the entire beautiful work. Well, maybe not this big but I was pretty concerned regarding it. A couple of days back, I read an article which not only answered all the unanswered questions and restore the magic but it was so sheer brilliant that the magic increased by manifolds.

So... have you ever wondered that how come Fred and George never saw their brother sleep with another guy :P . I mean they had the map since their first year, they should have seen Peter Pettigrew a number of times. And considering that Fred and George never kept to themselves, they must have known that Pettigrew was not a student or a faculty. Also, Pettigrew was famous being the guy who sacrificed himself for the Potters. They must have known this for sure. So how come they never objected their brother sleeping with a dead guy ? :S

I read something about this. I wouldnt call it a theory as it is the only thing that explains this perfectly. Not only is it the first ever explanation to the problem but it is the perfect solution to the problem.

The Marauders created the map. The Marauders were also Animagi (except Lupin who was a werewolf and you know it since you are reading this article). Every month the three needed to sneak out of the Castle to go to the Shrieking Shack with Moony. And knowing the Marauders, I am pretty sure that they would need to venture outside the Castle afterhours and in general as Animagi or under the cloak so as not to be seen.
Now, how could they risk themselves getting caught?

Definitely, they would have put some exception for the invisibility cloak and Animagi :D

So, I firmly believe that Marauders are really clever and so is the person who thought of this theory. I am so glad to have read it and finally cleared the missing bits in my mind.

Smile Again :D

Remember I posted one article 'Smile an the World Smiles with You'... Well, I am just having more thoughts on the topic and so I thought I should share them as well.

I see people don't smile often these days. And especially not to each other. There are several people we pass every day yet we don' want to share anything with them, not even a smile. The man, has become such a greedy being that giving a smile seems expensive. However, smile is something that if you don't give or don't share, then you are the poorer one.

Still, there are even exceptions. But they are often misunderstood...

Like, yesterday I deboarded my office bus with a grin. The first question my mother asked me upon seeing me smile, was why was I smiling? I mean, no offense mom, but what is wrong if I did smile? My office is not a gloomy place and neither I am supposed to have horrible days. Then why not smile?
And even if the day is not fine, you should never stop smiling. Because, sometimes all it takes, is three deep breaths and one smile to change everything! [Sorry! DieHard HIMYM fan :P]

In my previous post, I wrote it as a miracle that I shared a smile with someone. And also, I mentioned that I am going to remember that... this is because not often I get to share a smile with a total stranger. No one comes smiling to anyone these days without any motive.

And you know the funny part? Even if you meet someone you know... for the moments that you are greeting them, your mouth would curl upwards to show you smile (sometimes even grinning) and the moment they walk away... the curve straightens with a speed greater than the speed of light. Yes, if he person you met is a very dear friend, the speed is considerable reduced. Yet the smile fades away!!

This is something wonderful about children. They keep on smiling. They don't care if they know you or not. They are simply happy in their world. But the weird thing that I encountered, for the past couple of times, when I saw a kid and I smiled at them, the kid smiled back but the parent stared at me like I was an alien trying to abduct the kid.
I shared this experience on another forum and there was some discussion on it. Parents said that with the world going this bad - it is very difficult to trust someone and definitely, when it comes to our kids, we, in general, get much more protective.
You know, I totally understand this perspective but there are other things that I don't. By not smiling, aren't somewhere subconciously, we are raising our kids to be the same suspecious not-smiling people that we have become? And well, every one says that the society is bad but the real fact is that it is You and I that make the society. If we mend our ways, everything else will eventually fall in place. I know I might sound really idealistic but it is something I believe in deeply.

You know I am not against growing up but I am definitely against becoming people with 'forced' identities. If you are not true to yourself, how can you be happy?

Just the previous week, I was talking to my friend. She sounded dull. When I asked her the reason, she said that she isnot sad but there is nothing be juvenile about. I mean, really? Stop finding reasons to be happy. Just be happy. That is sufficient.

With this, I have said enough and I hope that you would leave it with a smile :D

Miracle of the Day : 14th February 2015 : #TheMoment

This is the first time that I am posting a 'Miracle of the Day' with a title. But actually the point is that when I was thinking about writing this particular memory in the blog, the name came to me instantly. So, here it is.

Also I dedicate this to someone... I dont know who but that is what makes the post even more interesting.

This is not a miracle of the time that I usually write about but actually it is a sweet memory that I shared with someone and I wanted to relish it forever, so I am posting it on my blog.

So, well, I was in Kochi for this Valentines Week, and on Valentines' Day, I visited Marine Drive with my parents. There is one Amul Ice Cream Parlor.

Guys/ Girls, if you visit Kochi... go to Marine Drive and do go to this Parlor (on the left). It is really nice.

Anyways, so I went because I wanted some milk shake but couldn't find any good place for a long time and I was really excited seeing this one. Therefore, I went inside and ordered one shake. Now I am not from Kerela so it was really difficult to understand their language. Ordering the milk shake was the easy part as I just had to read it from the menu card.
Well, everywhere it was written that it is self service. So when I saw the milk shake (ice cream shake :P) ready, I got up to take it but the owner asked me to keep sitting. And even though I was standing and away from the seat, he insisted on coming to the table and keeping the glass there.

When I finished, I was really confused about what to do with the glass.... I looked at the owner and he looked back at me and he was smiling. So I smiled back. For like ten seconds, we kept on staring at each other and smiling and then I left.

I mean it was really weird that the guy must be thinking that I am just staring at him and all I wanted to know was what to do with the glass :P. Whatever it was, I am glad to have a sweet memory.

And btw, because it was Valentines Day, the guy was little cute and that he had Corbin Bleu's hairstyle and his face resembled some person on English Television whose name I cant remember :P

A little drama is required

Being an Indian, I can totally bet that you can just never get enough of drama. You may hate it yet you can’t escape it. I think that w...
